When the lodge texted me asking how our stay was i mentioned these problems and they asked how they could make it up to us.
it should have been at least 15-30 minutes. it was called for 8 am and we got there at 8:06. there was no "do not disturb" sign to put on our door so when we were napping they woke us up to come clean at 2:30.Īnother problem we had was the yoga tails. when we got back at 2 to the room they still hadn't come to clean. by the evening it was still blowing cold air so we called maintenance again and again they took the unit apart and it seemed to work for an hour or so.Īnother problem was that when we left our room for the day at 10:15 housekeeping was in the room next to ours cleaning. all night we had cold air so in the morning we called maintenance and they took apart the whole unit and cleaned the filters. One problem was that the a/c was on heat but blew cold air unless it was over 80 degrees. The room was great, the kids loved their little room.
